The surgery is scheduled.
On the 19th of July at 6 am I will be generally anethestised at Cabrini hospital to undergo breast augmentation surgery. Two cohesive silicone gel implants will be inserted above the chest muscle via a 4 cm long periareolar incision. The final result should see me rise from a AA cup to a large C/small D cup.
I started this post hours ago but have been sidetracked looking at photos of boobs gone wrong. I'll update over the next few days with info why/what/how.
Also, I'll need you to get ready for some serious booby viewing. I'll be posting a lot of photos of 'after' shots and want to get a opinion on whether they look natural or not.

I woulda suggested a b-c if you're of a smaller frame, c-d is *stacked*.
But I'm sure all will be well. Nervous yet, or more excited?

Ruby, I'm all for the implants (my friend has them and loves them) but as the owner of a pair of Ds I just wanted to warn you that they're not very practical.
Running - painful
Sleeping on stomach - painful
Breastfeeding engorgement - painful
Bra weight pulling on shoulders - painful
On the plus side: you'll have a handy spot to keep your lippy, mobile, cards and notes when you go out without a bag. And the boys will love 'em.

Do they look natural or not?
Simple answer is...No...augmented boobs do not move like real boobs, they continue to stand proud when you lie down, and they do not give as a natural pair do when a man squeezes you in a cuddle...
..having said that, as long as you are doing this for you, and not some "guy" then I say go for it, more power to you...but I do hope you have planned you gym membership to work on those back muscles, cause you have just invested in a whole shift in gravity ~grin~

b4 shots would be interesting and alow a better opinion to be voiced on the work

I'm with Desci that smaller boobs would've been the go... But what ever. If your doc has suggested this than I'm not in any place to say anything, am I?
